Because she was harassing trying evict for garden flowers landscape anything. AFTER I MENTIONED TO HER IT NEEDS TO BE COMMUNITY EFFORT GET RID OF RAT INFESTATION. WHEN SHE STARTED TEARING DOWN ABANDONED HOMES THAT SAT OVER YEAR.
NOW THERE EVICTING 70 YEAR OLD LADYS ONE TODAY AND I KNOW ANOTHER ONE ABOUT TO BE BECAUSE OF HURRICANE DAMAGE CINDY SABATAGED BY LYING TO AGENCY UNITY

I purchased a home in Shady Road Vila Ocala Fl It was a second home to fix up and sell Well two weeks ago I signed a agreement with the management of this Mobil home park to help sell this house that I refurbished and was ready to be moved into. I have been searching all the web sites that mobile homes for sale are on. They claim that it was posted to craigslist. For two weeks I have looked for a posting of my home and havnt seen it. Well I went to the office and now they tell me it will be about another week before Craigslist will post it. I know that is BS because I have sold many things over the yrs and when I posted them for sale they where posted within hrs. I agree to give the management team $1500 to help me sell. Ever month it dosnt sell I still pay lot rent. What really brought my attention was that a mobile home across the street which the owner just moved out this last weekend and I found out it is already on Craigslist also managed by the management of this park. I know this is because the pics of the house show it to be empty, and again she just moved out this weekend, I feel the management of this park is dropping the ball.

Sun Communities purchased our park a few months ago, someone with HOA said if we sell an older home like mine which is 1976that we have to tell the new buyer that they have to raise the entire house to the new house regulations.
Is this true
Do we in this park need to hire an attorney?

We have been discriminated since the day we moved her.
We have been asking for over a year direct questions with no clear answers
The rules change depending on who you are.
We ask the hard questions and at this point Sun Communities states they will only communicate with us once a month.
I have never been professional insulted by a company in my life until this point.
We NEVER get answerand they condone others bad actions.

Recently moved into 4052 hollis ave, vizcaya lakes port charlotte, fl 33953. I have half the kitchen outlets not working, laundryroom outlets not working, washer outlet does not accept the dryer plug which is a standard three prong plug, no power to shed outlets or light, large openings at rear of house which will allow rodent access. No one seems to care!!! Haven't heard from anyone sinceast Wednesday
