Sun purchased Forest Springs MHC back in January. Our acting manager Dennis Dollar promised to address vegetation over growth according to Cal-Fire. now it's July and now it's hot and dry and nothing has improved because "it's not in the budget". Sun is putting a dollar value on human life. Not only it is dangerous but FS residents are losing their fire insurance. I recommend staying away from Sun Communities. It's a shady operation selling houses and not keeping there promises.
