Friends place offer at Sun Communities at Southport Springs ,Zephyrhills yesterday. Rep of the Park was present when sellers accepted offers. Sister of the buyer wrote checks to open escrow& background check. Verbally agreement-contract pending. Sue the office manager took another couple, saw the same house & although funds were accepted by Sun communities, she got the other couple to also submit a higher offer(2K). Sun dumped my friends offer & took the 2nd one! Scott the manager let this happen & the "upline Amy" suddenly disappeared when my friends went back to the office! The sister got her checks back as my friends did on all materials they had submitted. THE POINT-the first offer was accepted by the sellers & should have been the one processed. The office manager ran over Gabby the sales person by doing this! The resident manager asked Harv & Taff, my friends if they'd like to look@ other houses-REALLY??? IN all my years in business,I have never seen anything like this before-Neither Scott the resident manager or Amy,the upline were available to speak to my friends when they returned to the office. This is Sun Communities MO & the people in that office I am told are darn right nasty-great representatives of the corporation-right? People I have known through other friends say it does no good to call corporate because they do nothing. Look before you leap people.
