Paid to much for home. Needed place in hury just moved back to Florida..two trees hitting house they say my responsibility. Had to so much work inside to make livable and still ain't done.. Had to put on roof another 7500.00.. Never going to get money back.. And they keep raising the lot rent... We screwed up not a good place to live...
