Good Day

I have been acting as an executive chef for Sun International at Sun City resort.My acting period was from 1June 2010 to 31 July 2011, 13 months. My application for the executive chef position was declined, I was informed by the then GM , Brette Hoppe, I didn't have a matric and as per head office that it is a BEE position. Yet he informed me I didn't do a bad job at all.
I said to him but I am a BEE candidate.
Please advice what I stand to do?
