I am the effected person by Mr.Praveen and Ms.Madhuri, they are cheating the peoples, all staff members are totally unfit to do the work, one day work, they will take one month, they will not do work properly, they will be punishable by God. All middle class peoples are giving money for construction and they r stucking.

Mr.Praveen and Madhuri will be punishable seriously by playing with the Labours for not giving the amount in time, and also playing with the customers. Sunshine Praveen is always targeting middleclass people trapping by giving TV advertisements for low cost construction and free gifts like free borewell, cupboards, modular kitchen, sofa sets, fall Cealing etc., They will receive money and never respond to the customers.

Mr.Praveen and Madhuri will be cursed by the poor people. they are targeting middleclass people trapping by giving TV advertisements for low cost construction. Customers and Labours Shapam thageli Nasanam autharu.

I am working in a small private company as Accounts Manager. I was residing in an independent house in 125 Sq.Yds of site at Plot No.C-89, Phase-2, Allwyn Colony, Hyderabad – 500 72. I was planning to demolish the old house and construct the new house. During that time I came to know about Sunshine Infra a proprietorship firm, office address 3rd Floor, Above Royal Enfield Showroom, Moosarambagh X Road, New Malakpet, Hyderabad – 500 036, [email protected], Mob: 9069069333 Proprietor Mr.K. Praveen Kumar (Mob No. 9390107750), through TV channel and approached them, one of their marketing person Ms.Madhuri (Mob No. 93929 02922) contacted me and she told they are constructing the house at a price of Rs.1,339/- per Square feet. After that I kept quite not contacted them. During Dusserah in 2020 they called me and told me about their offer that they are constructing the houses at a price of Rs.1179 per Square feet. I gave my house construction contract to them and entered an agreement on 13th November, 2020 and paid an advance of Rs.2,50,000/-. Since then I was falling behind them to start work. Till 15th march 2021 they have only completed digging pits for pillars and stone drilling. On 18th march 2021 they called me for discussion requested med to give a chance and gave me a construction schedule and requested me to pay one lakh rupees and Rs.15,000/- for stone drilling, I paid Rs.1,15,000/- on 18.03.2021. According to the schedule upon completion of bed work I have to pay Rs.25,000/- but Mr Praveen requested me to pay Rs.1,00,000/- and paid the same on 09.04.2021. after they completed short pillars and plinth beam. On 17.04.2021 again Mr.Praveen called me and asked me to transfer Rs.2 lacs to purchase steel for pillars and first slab immediately if the steel is not purchased immediately the steel price is going up and you have to bare the extra cost so I paid the amount. They gave steel only for pillars and not for slab. They have completed the pillars and started the centring work for first slab. They have not given the steel for first slab. I made vigorous follow for steel and complete the work. According to their schedule they suppose to complete the first slab by 28.04.2021. But they failed to execute their schedule. Upon making several phone calls, whats app messages finally I got No Objection letter on 18.05.2021. after receiving no objection I gave contract to other person and completed the construction.
According to the construction agreement of Sunshine they suppose to complete the construction in six to eight months. But in six months they could not complete the first slab also and I paid total amount of Rs.6,65,000/-.
Since 18.05.2021 I am requesting them to settle my account and pay the balance amount back. Totally I paid Rs.6,65,000/-. According to our estimation, the work completed by sunshine is valued at Rs.2,41,000/- and balance to be received by me is Rs.4,24,000/-.
Because of Sunshine I held up in huge loss as detailed below:
In that six months the construction cost increased drastically. I completed my construction at a price of Rs.1,450/-. The difference amounting to Rs.5,69,100/-.
Because of delay I paid an extra rent for six month that amounting to Rs. 72,000/-
In addition to that i am paying interest on loan funds.

Since May, 2021 I am regularly calling them to settle my account and went to their office so many times. But still now my account is not settled. Mr Praveen is not answering calls, not responding to messages, not available in office.
