Subject: Bank BDO ATM withdraws record on dates listed below. All transactions are from same location and in most cases, same ATM. I have been working with BDO for almost a month and they claim 7 counts of fraud.
All Transactions are in Peso. Maximum withdraw (bank limit) is P10,000+P200 (BDO transaction fee)=(approx.USD200.00/transaction @ the exchange rate of approx. P49/USD). From TRANSACTION-to-TRANSACTION there is a difference of ranging from USD327 to USD1100. Remember, I am only withdrawing P10,200 (approx. USD184 to USD200) from TRANSACTION-to-TRANSACTION.
Question 1: Do these 12 transactions report the same with SunTrust?
Question 2: Are there other transactions?
