My complaint is with Suntrust Bank. I had began an inquiry into possibly returning a deposit on Friday April 12, On Monday I called to stop the concern only to see a week later one deposit was returned . I used the other deposit in transactions only to see 6 weeks later OVER $47,000 to be deducted from my account with only $300 in account. NONE OF MY CALLS FOR 6 WEEKS GOT TO THE CORRECT department. Now I'm overdrawn and can NOT pay a bill or get cash.
Poor customer service.
