up late had taken pain killer b/c of nerve first time taking one didn't realise how it had affected me. I accidently hit the wrong button and sighned up for esp chat still waiting on refund. When told 3-5 days! emailed them b/c unable to find phone number. Hopefully will get a reply, Or I am out 24$ and I am on a limited income thanks espchat

Their info to you says you can chat individually and then you find out after signing up that every chat (not group) costs money and
the group doesn't give you the time they say you are allotted.

I just signed up and within 15 minutes I knew I had made a mistake and I made a phone call and asked to be reimbursed!!!
