Noticed a charge on my Visa card for $39.95 -vendor SupportKFS.com on 12/21/12 which was not my doing- I did a www.supportkfs.com and went right to Google and found the long list of scams re this outfit. Called my bank customer service
to report fraud. They tried a 3-way contact by phone-no connection. Gave me credit and will issue me a new account nor and card.

We also had a charge of $38.30 deducted from our account having never had any dealings with this company, although we do have dealings with GoDaddy.com (see above). Today we heard from the bank and SUPPORTKFS.COM are trying to dis[pute the claim. Needless to say I looked them up online only to find others are suffering the same fate. The listed number we have is (888) 3829311,CA. We will be taking this further.

Well I found a charge today for 1 dollar on my account and the web address was supportkfs.com, so i tried to go to the website and could access it. I looked online to find others that have complained about the site. I called customer service and after no one picked up after 15 minutes, I hung up. On the phone the recording said you could go to 10support.com so I tried that to find out that didn't work, so I called my bank, and they took down the information and canceled my card and they are sending me out a new one. They are having someone look into it to see if I actually agreed to makea payment to them and if I didn't they will do something about fraud charges against them.
I'm out of work, so I haven't really spent any money, and I am watching ever penny, and being only a dollar is no big deal, but sometimes that is what they do, then they charge you for a greater amount, and the only way to stop it for me is to close my card. Now I am hoping that I am wrong, and that everything will be figured out, but after all this time, the signs point to some kind of fraud, no one anwers the phone, and no real websites that work.

I found that $2.50 had been deducted from my account. The previous month $2.00 had been deducted from my account by support.com which I asume was the same body. Needless to say I will be connacting my bank. Nov.11 and Dec.18. 2012 were thew dates for the withdrawls.

Just had a charge of $39.95 show up on my debit card account. I called and it was for something I think is called www.lifestyledealsnow.com. I never heard of that website. The guy who answered the phone was quick to offer a refund so it makes me believe this was pure fraud they were hoping would not be noticed. I will check in the next 10-15 days to see if my refund came through.

On receipt of my credit account, I found a VISA charge of #39.95 plus $0.40 for "Foreign Tran Chg" by SUPPORTFKS.COM that I did not make. The strange charge caused me to look up the web site address only to find others had made complaints against this complainant. I contacted my credit card agency ON 11/9/2012 to question the charge and to have this fradulent charge registered. The telephone number on the credit account was listed as: (888) 3829311 GB. The credit card company reported that another charge had subsequently been made on October 28,2012. Both charges are being removed from my account.

On October 2, 2012 I saw an Unauthorized withdraw from my Bank Account for $39.95 I NEVER contacted this company. Didn’t know they existed. I asked how they got my Bank Info. The answer was I don’t know. I called (888) 382-9311 for immediate credit to my account almost daily. I told the Customer Service Reps. I am going to file an online complaint each time I called. On October 5th the Customer Service Rep. said the credit had not been issued. Finally on October 9th they credited my account. I have seen several online complaints about this company and their dishonest billing practices. I Google supportkfs complaints, complaintboard.com and Complaintsboard.com They are associates of. www.godaddy.com
