Please could someone help me,

Mu uncle Martin Ernest Johnson (5107065624080) passed away on 23/12/2013 and I am the benificiary of his will. I have been to MIBFA(jhb) about 20 times where they kept on sending me away for "ANOTHER FORM". I have since been to every lawyer and court and eventually got all the relevant paperwork in (ACCORDING TO THE SUPERVISOR IN THE JHB OFFICE) and they said I must just wait for the call and everything will be paid out, two weeks(4years later) ago I called and I was told "this should have been paid long ago and it is my fault for not phoning". So I phoned again in the same week and it was confirmed that all is in order and I will be "called soon to confirm payment details" Then last week I called again and spoke to "Tony" from the jhb office and he said NO, I am short of a late estate account so they wont be paying out as yet. I called Capitec (who I bank with) and they said they do not open Deceased accounts so I am now totally mad at this all. My Uncle has passed 4 yrs ago and they just refuse to pay out and keep spinning me stories about "NOW YOU NEED - LISTEN CAREFULLY". How can two people the week before confirm I am getting paid ( as well as the supervisor at JHB office) then when I do call to follow up(as told to do) there is ANOTHER STORY.

4 Years to pay out a measley amount of money, I would love to know if all people work on the same system because NO ONE has the correct story, so you can imagine when the superviso takes the seat of the client helpdesk to "HELP ME RIGHT" even then they refuse to pay the money, is it a scam have they spent the money why 4YEARS and still they have stories, where is all my paperwork I have submitted or are they just being negligent with me?

I reall hope this helps as I have taken ANOTHER day off work and I will be going to The JHB office tomorrow and I WILL NOT LEAVE UNTIL I GET "THE CALL". I am hoping to take a police officer with as a State witness to how these people have been treating me.
