I hung the ornaments near a window. I started collecting for my child when he was a baby. A splurge for me. Got to about 10 ornaments at about $100.00 each (price paid at time) when one fell and broke. Hmmm... came unglued. Called company, no repair available through them. Told me I could find someone to repair. No guarantees on a hanging item staying hung.

Stopped buying. Stopped hanging. A shame.

I have 3 ornaments that need repair. It never even occurred to me to try Swarovski and it sounds like I would have been waiting my time. So I googled Swarovski repairs and found a couple of glass companies who have a talent for just such a need. I am waiting to find out how much to expect to pay for this service. It's got to be cheaper than finding and replacing older ornaments. There is hope!

A now deceased friend gave me several Swarovski snowflake ornaments. I hung them in a window. They were so pretty I left them up all year. By the end of the year some of the pieces started falling off so I took them down, but too late, the damage was widespread and several fell apart in my hand. I have not contacted Swarovski too see if they are fixable, but from this post, it sounds like they have no support for they're product.

Hi there, my brother baught me a Swarovski Piazza watch while on holiday in London last year June/July. i've noticed that the one chrystal has fallen out... so how do i go about this as it was purchased overseas..??

Bad customer service every where. I'm in Singapore. Some crystals in my pandant discolored and some dropped off. When i sent it for repair, i was accused of mis-using the pandant. The person told me that it only discolour because i use chemical (perfume/body wash/water) on it which i did not. Come on, who would wear it to bathe. And i don't use perfume. And the stuff insisted that it was my fault that the crystal dropped off or discolor due to less care. WTH! Even if there's company policy on that, that's absolutely bad service.
