I ordered goods from sweet squared, after receiving them, I was unhappy with one item and believed it to be faulty, I didn't want this item so contacted them about returning it for a refund. They advised me to keep the item (£234 CND LED lamp) and to wait until I had a certified professional to test it... The lamp was returned to them within 28days (ordering online allows 14to notify and a further 14days to retunr) however they said that nothing was wrong with the lamp, refused to issue a refund or to replace the item but that it would be sent back to me. I am now left with an item I cannot use nor want despite following all the rules and my rights to reunite an item!!

There are many scam companies selling cheap nail and beauty products, just wanted to know if Sweet Squared is a scam?

I've tried looking in Google but am coming up with very conflicting info!
