He is using the certificate that you awarded to him in October 2014 he won the bid to supply with Equipment & Services . Until now he is using this certificate to scam people on facebook to get money out from them. He was telling a lot of lies. After you awarded him with the certificate and he posted on it on facebook and telling people that he got caught carrying a lot of money in his luggage while he was on transit at Singapore airport and they put him in detention the value of the money is $ 630,000 U.S. dollars inside his luggage, Singapore custom put him in detention so he will begged people to help him to get out of detention, and promising us not to worry about the money once the custom will released his luggages he will pay us back.
He is very good of what he does, I will him a professional criminal scammer from U.S.A. He is in Selangor Malaysia at present and he used Malaysian lawyer to processed his case, he will call us victims everyday and everynight and cry on the phone and begged for help, to bail him out from detention. if we don't help him he will harm himself.
We want him to stop of what he is doing he scammed us and we don't want him to used your documentation to scammed other people. He needs to be stop..
