Swiggy charge food cancellation charge

Hello Swiggy,

I order thali on Swiggy as per my current gps but when I login its automatically change my address as per my account. When I see gps is incorrect then I quickly click on help button. Then I cancel the order but fifty percentage charge deducted from actual amount.
