At 03/09/20,I ordered food through swiggy.first order transaction failed.but deducted RS 249.in my bank account through paytm.second time also same problem.deduct amount RS 249.totaly RS 490 deducted from my account. I already inform to customer care.but not response.pl.refund my amount in my bank account.thanks you.

I ordered pizza in swiggy my order was not confirmed but my money was deducted immediately from my Indian bank. Second time I ordered same was happened , my money was deducted for second time also. I lost rs245/- for first time.second time same rs245/- was deducted.TOTALLY rs 490/- . So please refund my amount back to my bank account. I already informed in customer care but no response. My order date - 3/09/2020
