poslaju KLIA suck

1. Item di atas dah keluar dari kulaijaya pd 4/11/2019 tp tiada kemaskini apa pun dalam sistem tracking sehingga hari ini.
2. sy call kulaijaya, cek brg dh ada di KLIA sejak 4/11/2019 malam tu. STUCK di klia.
3. utk makluman, brg tu dari kulaijaya ke changlun. bknlah dari overseas, bahkan bukan juga ke overseas.
4. sy taktau apa yg lama sgt masa diperlukan utk sorting parcel-parcel customers tu. atau mgkin nak rembat??
5. pengalaman bodoh@diperbodohkan seumpama ini tak pernah jd lg sebelum ni.
6. adakah poslaju rs dh hebat sgt sbb konon-konon dh well established?

persoalan sy dh utama, poslaju hub klia ni buat keje mmg dh takde SOP ke??

p/s : zaman IR4.0 ni, semua org nk digitalized keje supaya lbih cepat dan efisien. tp poslaju klia ni cuma digitalized complaints dari customers je..tak berani nk jwb call pun..main telo jela takyah keje..
