Without prejudice to the validity of the 5 August verdict, which has to be in the possession of the individual, whom the verdict is addressed to, the text of the judgement has to be accessable wholly in order to make the appeal available. The accused was assissted by his personal lawyers, accordig to the 5 August headlines of the world news agencies. Unusually, on 7 August, according to the reports of the Pakistan news agencies, the political party "Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf" (PTI) had filled the appeal at the Supreme court , based on Article 184 (2) of the Constitution. The Pakistani lawyers like the "law of evidences" 1984, known as "Qanun-e-shahadat order 1984". Article 117 of Qanun-e-shahadat order requeres the applicant to demonstrate that (1) the applicant is a directly affected person of the act or وفe judgement and (2) the applictant has a right to proceed. Article 184(2) of the Constitution does not disclose these 2 mandatory requirements of the Pakistan law before the Supreme court. If the reports of the top Pakistan news agencies were trasmitted without the factual mistakes, it is very unlikely, that the Supreme court will make the adjudication of the 7 August appeal of the political party PTI , also known as "populists".

5 اگست کے فیصلے کی توثیق کے بغیر، جو فرد کے قبضے میں ہونا چاہیے، جس سے فیصلہ سنایا گیا ہے، اپیل کو دستیاب کرنے کے لیے فیصلے کا متن مکمل طور پر قابل رسائی ہونا چاہیے۔ عالمی خبر رساں ایجنسیوں کی 5 اگست کی سرخیوں کے مطابق ملزم کو اس کے ذاتی وکلاء نے مدد فراہم کی۔ غیر معمولی طور پر، 7 اگست کو، پاکستانی خبر رساں اداروں کی رپورٹس کے مطابق، سیاسی جماعت "Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI)" نے آئین کے آرٹیکل 184 (2) کی بنیاد پر سپریم کورٹ میں اپیل دائر کی تھی۔ پاکستانی وکلاء کو "شواہد کا قانون" 1984 پسند ہے جسے"QANUN-E-SHAHADAT ORDER 1984" کے نام سے جانا جاتا ہے۔ QANUN-E-SHAHADAT ORDER کا آرٹیکل 117 درخواست دہندہ سے یہ ظاہر کرنے کا مطالبہ کرتا ہے کہ (1) درخواست دہندہ ایکٹ یا فیصلے سے براہ راست متاثر شخص ہے (2) درخواست گزار کو کارروائی کرنے کا حق ہے۔ آئین کا آرٹیکل 184(2) پاکستان کے قانون کے ان 2 لازمی تقاضوں کو سپریم کورٹ کے سامنے ظاہر نہیں کرتا۔ اگر پاکستان کے اعلیٰ خبر رساں اداروں کی رپورٹس کو حقائق پر مبنی غلطیوں کے بغیر منتقل کیا گیا تو اس بات کا بہت کم امکان ہے کہ سپریم کورٹ 7 اگست کی سیاسی جماعت کی اپیل کا فیصلہ سنائے گی۔ "PTI"/populists۔
