My credit score dropped 19 points because of a hard inquiry. I don't know why PayPal would have done that because I have had them for awhile. I have also have also have had credit with Syncb, so why they did a hard inquiry without my consent is beyond me. Thanks.

The above company turned me in for a late payment for October 2019, to Transunion, the account was opened 7years and ten months ago. I was in prison from Sept.9th, 2011, until AUGEST 23, 2017, and I did not authorize anyone to open a account using my name. I need this checked out and removed from my credit report, I am trying to rebuild my credit. Thank you.
