Hello,
I am writing to complain about SYNCB/PPC. I had to look it up, it says it is for Paypal.
On May 11 it lowered my credit score about 6 points. It says I had spending amount of $3,000 but they changed it to $1,500. This is unfair. I don't even use Paypal for anything. I don't even think I have an account. I did have an account when I was married but he had the account. Is it because they want me to buy things on Paypal? That seems unfair.

Please help. I really work hard for my credit score to move up. I never am late on a payment.
