I check my credit rating every week. This morning I found an unauthorized opening of an account. It affected my credit score by a -36 points. I would like this removed and cleared up or I will seek legal action! "THANK YOU!"

Just checked my Credit Report and discovered a hard inquiry from SYNCB/PPC. It lowered my score by 36 points. I have never done business with PayPal nor do I ever wish to!! I would appreiciate it if you would remove this or I will contact my attorney! I did not authorize this and it is fraud!! "THANK YOU!"
