Fraudulent Charges

A few days ago I got a notice that SYNCB.PPC Listed a delinquent charge on my credit score for $957 and that the account was a new one opened on Feb,11 <2020. FYI, I have not been able to sign into paypal since 2016. And I certainly have not opened any new accounts in February 2020. This erroneous charge has lowered my credit score by 82 points, and I damn well want it removed!!
