David Fultz did not properly complete his internal web service required by the mobile application.

We completed the Mobile application to over 90%, and David gave zero feedback once the Beta was delivered.

For 2 Months I have a large email log documenting the requests for the Web Service to be completed, and specification questions - The majority were never replied to. David was CCd'

Several times during the Beta Delivery a Document was forwarded which specifically requested answers regarding the Web Service, David & DriveVelocity never sent it back. Several Requests. Not much can be done in that situation.

David Fultz has misrepresented the facts entirely, and managed to default on payment for Mobile Development Services while attempting to blame us.

The fact is we have many many long time clients, and continue to bring aboard new clients because we deliver, and offer Customer Service well beyond anyone else. David Fultz was given unending Support, and additional 5K in development on my dime. Thing he neglects to mention.

It's disheartening to have someone take services, and then throw you under the bus, but that is what David Fultz of Drive Velocity has done here.

Regards to Nathan Adam Briggs reply our complaint: I'm not going to waste your time on details - I could write a book about our experience. Just beware and at all costs - go the other way...

There is only one reason I posted this information - To prevent another company from wasting valuable time and money. This venture cost our company $13, 000 in Total and we ended up with nothing. This guy is truly a professional con artist and I thought we did our homework. I normally don't waste time posting my thoughts or complaints since this will live in Cyberspace. Sometimes you take B2B relations for granted and that people will follow through on what they say and contracts they sign. This was a wake up call for us and I can only hope you read this and find someone else to do business with. Also - Beware - he subs work out overseas in Dubai. FACTS:
DriveVelocity didn't pay us for services rendered. They owe us $3750.00 (were given $5,000 in additional free development)
DriveVelocity didn't complete their Web Services which were needed for us to complete on time.
DriveVelocity didn't communicate regarding their Web Services, or review products given repeatedly.
David Fultz's anger problem caused severe relations issues.

William Byrd repeatedly asked for me to engage in illegal activities which I refused
William Byrd asked me to go to a "How to Pick Up Women" conference - I declined
William Byrd was delivered complete product with extras
William Byrd was given a 5% discount

No eLance client was EVER "taken out" of the forum.
These eLance clients opted out when given the 8.75% eLance Fee. Their choice.

Nathaniel Adam Briggs of Synthetic Magic Advanced Services is a fraud and a scam artist. I found him through Elance last August. Nathaniel Adam Briggs deceived me into paying him outside of the Elance system, strung me along for months. He told me that he would have the work done in 6-8 week, but never completed it, became enraged when I asked questions about when it would be finished.
I eventually did a background report on Nathaniel Adam Briggs, and he's been arrested 4 times, including for assault and defacing property. He has also moved from Arizona, to Florida, to California within the last year. My attorney says that he is definitely a scam artist.
If anyone else has been scammed by Nathaniel Adam Briggs of Synthetic Magic Advanced Business Services, please contact me, as we can call the authorities together to bring him to justice.

I would like anyone that is reading the above to know - please please - take what Brianb123 wrote seriously. We had almost an identical experience as he did. We also landed the services of Synthetic Magic Advanced Business Services through Elance. He pulled us outside of Elance as well. The biggest mistake we made, not reading this before signing a contract with Nathaniel Adam Briggs. I plan to post our situation soon. I just don't want another company to go though what both of us experienced in dealing with Synthetic Magic Advanced Business Services Nathaniel Adam Briggs. PLEASE take this seriously before moving forward and do your homework.
