I purchased T-Mobil phone Samsung Galaxy S6 on 8/21/2015 from Costco with guaranty rebate total of $50 two separate Costco cash cards of $25 each I suppose to receive from Stuart Lee Rebates. I have contacted Stuart lee rebates several times they saying that cash card of $25 ben issued, when I ask them when the cash card was issued, or mailed no answer. I'm not the only one who did not received rebate. I would appreciate if you could contact the Company Stuart Lee Rebates and investigate their procedures, where are my two $25 Costco cash cards rebates.
