does not work

I bought three of the Tac Pen Deluxe and used two of them and they are very nice. The third one does not work. I checked the batteries and they are good. My order # is 368R3202137121236 .
I called customer service and he said to email and attach a photo. Thanks, Terry Gerstbauer 10970 Michigan rd. Plymouth, In. 46563 Please send a replacement. Thanks, Terry
