Selected a flashlight for “FREE” in response to answering a Survey from Walmart. What a Scam! Just pay shipping and insurance, $1.99 and $4.95. Tacflash billed my Visa card an additional $49.95. No mention of this additional charge or price in there internet ad with Walmart either. No contact can be made with company reps on weekends. Spoke to rep during the week said no returns accepted. There is no cancel policy or return period either. No information on how to cancel on the internet order form either. This is a SCAM COMPANY! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER! My bank issued Visa card company is currently investigating them for internet and mail fraud!
