Hey, On approx. April 6 or 7, I ordered 2 20x brighter Taclight flashlights. Whoever took my order screwed it up, and billed me for 2 different flashlights. I only want 2 of the same flashlight. I've tried and tried to call the customer service line at
1877415-4824, and it won't let me call it. It says check the number and try again, or something to that effect. So I can't get through to you to cancel or fix my order. Your CS line doesn't work, and I'm not paying for something I didn't order. I'm in the process of having the charge to my Visa cancelled. I want the flashlights, but can't amend my order, or fix it. This was one of your CS representatives that f'd up my order that I'm now being billed over $70 for something I didn't order. Again, your CS number doesn't work where I am. I've called numerous times, and it won't work. If you don't get back to me with some answers, I'm going to refuse to accept the package, you'll have to return my money, and no one walks away happy.
Please change my order to just one of the 20x brighter Tac lights. I'm too fed up with you people to want to risk you billing me wrong, and I dont' want the other flashlight this lady ordered for me.
Please get back to me now, so this can get fixed...otherwise I don't want either of them, and want my money back.

I also don't understand how your commercial said they're 19.95, and the bill for 2 came out to $70+ something.
