my company as stated above it has been liquidated on the 22nd February 2018 and we were only told on the last day of February 2018 that the company has been liquidated, we were then given papers to go and submit at labour department to claim unemployment Insurance Fund. i went to labour department in Maponya Mall, Soweto to submit all my documents, i was then given a date to come and sign.

since then i have been going to twice a month but i been told that they're still working on my problem, i would like to know because my colleagues have already being paid about three to four times now but my issue they're still working on it. I was at the department on the 16th July 2018 and i was told to come back again on the 13thhave been August 2018. I would really like to know how does this work.
