Password reset

I am being blocked from my account on Tagged that I have been on for such a long time never having a problem before now saying I am being phished.I have tried changing my password with a reset for new password but each time I try it saying password fail to change..why is that please and why cant I get back on my account...if you can assits in anyway I would appreciate this greatly...thanks in advance.my email is
