Please Help me.
There was a Swift transfer of 1.200.000 usd issued in my name ( Esther J.E. Shongwan,) by CCM bank USA (Swift test code 10-757), dated 19.10.2015. time 9.45.12 AM. to ICICI BAnk as due settlement. The Depositor is the company TAKEDA PHARMACEUTICAL NEWYORK USA , MB520DPT. But it was not credited due to some problems. My other party had gone to the US on the 29.11.2015 to meet the company representatives to fix the problem, for which i was told that the earlier swift transfer had to be recalled and reissued and i am to expect credit of the amount by 14.12.2015 latest . But since the 9.12.2015, i have not received any communication from my party who is the sole communicator with the company. Therefore i fear that the contract had been hijacked by my other party, a foreign British national working in Delhi, India by the name of Micheal Levins and who had been issued an Investors license /certificates by the concerned department, delhi (so far he is not taken posession of it from the department as he had gone to his home country).

I fear he had hijacked the contract for which i have invested heavily (latest being through Ac no 032605500569, Sudhir Saxena, Kanpur branch, ICICI Bank, dated 9.12.2015) and perhaps got it issued in his other Indian counterparts name or otherwise.

Please help me by verifying if there is any swift transfer made of the same value, from the same company and Bank, but in another persons name as this would help me greatly in my efforts to find the truth and further action.
