Services at the Waukegan facility is all bad. I have been here since 9:30 and have not been screened. Workers are standing around talking and laughing with each other. They only have 2 workers to screen 100 people. The services here is really bad. I asked how much more longer will it be the lady gave me so much attitude I'm ready to walk out. What they need to realize is this place need people like me to donate without us no one here would have a job. The management need to get in there workers about doing their job and stop being they friends period.
