never got paid for 10-19-2019 and two people i refferd never got my bonus and i told the lady today and she said i would get it and never got it yall are not doing goog business

My name is Dominique hilton im a disabled 27 yr old woman and was told on November 2018 by shantell that i dont need disability im too young im just bull shit i told her i have a mental disability on this day we got into an argument and they made me out to be the aggressor stating that their not letting anymore black people destroy their company they wrote negative false statements in my file.. today july 24 2019 me and my husband signed in at same time and they sent my Caucasian husband to the kiosk and another Caucasian to the kiosk and skip me when i complained to maximise he said the samething he said last year i will talk to her please note shantell is the same woman who skip me im an African American i treat all races the way i want to to be treated all im asking is for some type of justice to be served with telcris prejudice staff memebers i dont feel safe anymore because one now telcris is in violation of the hippa law me being disabled doesnt have anything to do with me saving lives im very healthy and would love to save lives just afraid .. I would like for someone to contact me within 48 hrs please because i want to fix the issue before i have to go back to my psychiatrist and notify my avocate about my hippa law being violated by one of telcris worker..

Wrongfully derred cause staff did papers wrong

I been sitting here waiting 3 hours and a few other people have been here over 4 hours and haven't been seen...its like they have 2 booths open and like 2 or 3 people in the back working and people are getting tired of sitting here waiting and we all have family's that we wanna be with... I have a small business on the side and when I donate it helps with gas so I don't have to dig into my company's money... so they need to speed up and bring in more people to get it going we are getting tired of waiting they need to bring more people in

I was deferred because a staff member '### up'...out of his own mouth, he said he got the wrong button and accidentally deferred me.
When I refused to just leave quietly without reporting it, he reported it...and then all of a sudden it was MY fault...they said I answered a question wrong on the kiosk.
The man clearly didn't know what he was doing. He only asked me my name and social one time. I'm usually asked that question at least five times before my finger stick...he had done the stick, blood pressure, EVERYTHING...and only asked me once.
I think his name was Miguel or Manny. That's the first time I ever saw him at this facility. Very tall, very darkskinned black man with glasses.
I've been sitting here waiting to talk to a CMS for an hour.
This is why decent people don't donate, and you wind up with drunks and drug addicts donating. This center is very lax on the rules and unprofessional. I have a friend that depends on these donations, and I hate to quit on her...but I can't deal with this anymore.

Sitting here for 3 hours waiting for my name to be called. Other individuals have been here much longer than me. This is neglectful and unprofessional. This business depends on volunteers for their livelihood..it seems that maybe the idea is that "desperate" people need money so "we" can wait. I am a community counselor that not only donates but has recommended clients to donate here. The minute another plasma facility opens in the area I'm leaving and taking all referrals with me. For what a donor gets paid and for what you get paid for plasma you should be ashamed. Our time is just as valuable as yours.

I came in to donate at 9:22 am and here it is 1 :55 pm and i have not even got on the kiosk .. I am not a new donor and i been coming here for 5 months now and every time I come in here it's always a long wait even if you call before you come they will always say that there is nobody in here and to come on they're not busy and I live across town so it's not like I'm walking there or right down the street and when you explain that you have been waiting for so long and what's the holdup what's the problem they always snap at you fuss at you or either cuz she out they are lazy and slow and this place should be reported immediately I don't know why it's taking them so long to even investigate into this business the employees rather sit around and gossip and talk about their personal life and business and trying to hook up with the client versus trying to keep the business going and keep good customers coming back stop calling my phone to beg me to come donate but when I come donate it's always a long wait for what Louisville Kentucky Talecris plasma resource sucks 👎 👎 👎

Worst experience ever. This Center gets worse every time. Never enough people working. I've been a loyal donor for Ten years. Don't know if I will go back. My last visit the Center was packed and only two people working the floor. This happens quite often. Even after making a complaint, nothing gets done.

My wife went to donate plasma they were very disrespectful to her do to her handicap they will make an African Americans read a card wild white people just came up and fill out the form with no problem they also would not let me donate because I was a military veteran and I had been overseas and I've been out of the military for 35 years

This Talecris plasma donation center is is disrespectful the staff does not do not do anything they just hired a bunch of people and still are behind schedule you have 40 people here out of that 40 10 of them been waiting for two and a half hours they take the new donated and put them in front of all the people who's been sitting here for two and a half hours 3 hours

Talecris plasma center in wsp Mn is the most twisted mind individuals I have a friend and her boyfriend works there and is being harassed by this woman knowing he is involved with someone what type of profession allows that type of behavior but Doon she will retaliate to defend her household.

I read a ad posted in my local paper abOut the company Talecris, they offer $50.00 for blood donations.

I went to their web site and throughly read the requirements and how long it would take.The site states 21/2 hours for donations.

I also seemed able to donate according to all the guidelines listed on their site.

I ended up sitting 12 hours in this clinic, and then told I could not donate due to a prescription medication that I took.

I asked why they did not clearly tell the truth regarding how long it takes and who can or cant donate.

She replied people would not donate and lie about their health other wise. So Talecris basicaly feels its ok to lie to the potential donor and waste their time to get a possible donation.

The clinic was filthy and the staff treated the patients like absolute trash.

They have no respect for you or your time.

Do not waste your time going in to this place.

I was so disgusted with the garbage strewn every where, the way the Manager spoke to me and the lack of regard they had for me and my time or well being.

Its a shame places like this behave the way they do. I now understand why Medical Facilities need donations badly.When people experience this kind of unsanitary and dispicble treatment, who would ever consider donating again?

I know I will never donate again after this experience.

I WAS A DONOR AT THE ROANOKE TELECRIS BACK IN 2007, IT WAS VERY OBVIOUS THAT THE EMPLOYEES DID NOT HAVE THE FULL RESPECT WHEN IT CAME TO THE CUSTOMERS WHO DONATED THEIR PLASMA. WHEN IT CAME TIME TO PAY THE CUSTOMERS THEY SEEMED TO TAKE THEIR GOOD TIME IN PAYING THE DONORS FOR THEIR MONEY FOR THEIR DONATION OF PLASMA, THEY WOULD EVEN BE TALING AMONGST THEMSELVES AND THERE WOULD BE A LINE OF DONOR WAITING AND I ASK THE QUESTION WHY IT WAS TAKEN SO LONG TO PAY UP AFTER SEEING ABOUT 5 WOMEN AND 1 MAN JUST STANDING IN THE MIDDLE OF THE FLOOR WHERE THE DONAR IS PAID AND THEY WERE JUST TALKING AS THOUGH NO ONE WAS WAITING. WHEN I GOT TIRE OF SEEING THIS I SAID ASK WHY THEY WERE JUST TALKING AND THEY STOPPED AND BEGAN TO DISTRIBUTE THE MONEY AS THEY SHOULD HAVE ANYWAY. WELL, I DID NOT KNOW THEY HAD PUT MY NAME OF A LIST TO NOT BE ABLE TO COME BACK THERE AND ONE MORNING EARLY I WAS THE FIRST THERE AT THE ROANOKE OFFICE AND ONCE THEY OPEN I SHOULD HAVE BEEN FIRST AND I NOTICE THAT PEOPLE WERE BEING CALLED BEFORE I WAS AND AFTER SEEING ABOUT 4 PEOPLE GOING IN FRONT OF ME I ASK WHAT WAS GOING ON, I KNOW I MUST HAVE SIT THERE FOR ABOUT AN HOUR OR CLOSE TO IT AND THAT IS WHEN I FOUND OUT I WAS ON SOME KIND OF LIST TO BAR ME FROM EVER GOING BACK THERE. I NEVER MADE A SCENE ON THE DAY THOSE GUYS WERE JUST TALKING I JUST LET THEM KNOW IT WAS NOT FAIR TO HAVE US WAITING. I SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN AFRAID TO SAY ANYTHING AND I WOULD NOT HAVE SAID ANYTHING IF THEY WERE DOING THEIR JOB AND NOT HAVING THE DONOR WAITING. I DID NOT GO BACK THEIR UNTIL 2012 BACK IN ABOUT FEBRUARY OF THIS YEAR (2012) AND I SENT AN EMAIL TO THE CORPORATE OFFICE AND NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE. THIS COMPANY IS A COMPANY WHO JUST WANT YOUR PLASMA AND DO NOT HAVE THE RESPECT OF THEIR DONOR AS THEY SHOULD. I WENT THERE BUT I NEVER WANT TO GO BACK AND I TELL THE STORY OF WHAT MY EXPERIENCE WAS. I JUST WISH THEY HAD MORE COMPOSTITION WITH ANOTHER PLASMA CENTER THAT WOULD BRING THEM DOWN OFF THEIR SO CALL HIGH HORSES. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE DONOR JUST THEIR PLASMA AND JUST THINK THEY PAY SO LITTLE AND FOR YOUR PLASMA THEY GET SO MUCH.
