Complaint letter for my missing car item and irresponsible service.

My teana's window plastic has gone missing after having service in Tan Chong Ekspres Auto Servis Sdn Bhd(TCEAS) in Seremban on 11-Jan-2018( as my invoice picture1 shown)

On 6Jan2018, I sent my car into TCEAS Seremban to fix my car noise from rear left side in cabin.

On 11Jan2018, I picked up my car from TCEAS Seremban, I found out my car B-pillar rubber was not sealed off/ fixed back properly( rubber on left B pillar, near rear left window , as the rubber where my finger pointed in the below picture2 shown). But I fixed it back and I thought nothing could be worse than that.

Ever since my last service in January, I realized there is a huge difference in terms of NVH level inside cabin, so much wind noise while driving.

In May, I realized the small triangle plastic has gone missing in rear left window!(as shown in picture3 with a comparison with rear right window(picture4)) It is not a plastic that can be easily fell off by itself or detached by ourselves.

So I went back to TCEAS Seremban and told my advisor (Muhammad Firdaus Bin Khair) my problem, BUT, my advisor immediately denied it is under their responsibility and said they have never detached anything other than C-pillar in last service WITHOUT asking the technician. He just replied me that it is either purchasing the set of new triangle plastic & rubber by the price of RM350 or just leave it like that.

As a conclusion,
1)From the above experience that I had, it is a very irresponsible reply from Mr Muhammad Firdaus Bin Khair)to deny everything even without asking the technician, besides I have the proof that the technician did detached my B-pillar rubber.

2)My car NVH level has became really bad now, a lot of wind noise coming from outside while driving. But my advisor still denies that they have touched any area other than C-pillar and it is not under his responsibility. Which means if I am going to fix the wind noise, I have to pay RM350 to buy the new set of window rubber + window plastic (because window plastic can't be sold as one item as told by my advisor)

3)It took him(Muhammad Firdaus Bin Khair) a month and two weeks to reply me the price of the set of rubber + plastic. The wind noise is already annoying, but what annoys me more is his long awaited reply! I even called TCEAS Seremban three times meanwhile.

Please explain to me why i should pay for the mistake that has been done by nissan technician, the cost for the replacement should not be beared by owner or end user, it is obvious that nissan technician seremban did not follow their SOP in their rectification work.

Please investigate into this.
