Howard Tanner Esq.

My name is Tony Abbate, I am a construction worker with Local 237, and I was injuried at work when a steel beam collapsed on me so I hired Howard Tanner to sue. I won the case but the insurance company wrote the check out in the lawyer's name not my name. I went to his office to collect my money but he closed down. He went out of business. The insurance company informed me the check was cashed by him through his escrow account. This sleazebag pocketed my money and disappeared.
