facebook is being used by someone else

My old facebook account " HEVENA- PUERTO ROCK "was hacked. The person put a credit card on it, so I wasn't able to recover that account. The new one is "TANYA PEREZ". This one too is also being logged into as well. I put my cellphone number on the new account. This is the message: your facebook account was logged into from an unrecognized browse or device. review 1 login:

How do I get the login's to stop.
