I purchased a candle from Diamond candles listed in the Tapjoy Rewards for extra coins for my Word Chum Game...it was my first time t try this and so I ordered a candle as requested paid for it with Pay Pal and it has been shipped. I checked the status on my Tap Joy App and it shows Incomplete. I received an email and they requested my invoice , receipt and proof of purchase BUT the emal for this info will not go it comes back undeliverable ....I submitted another complaint, I always get an automated email stating they have received it and someone will contact me. This is very frustrating as I am trying to get info to them I got an email thru to the automated response and gave them my phone number but no response. I realize this is not a big deal but IF they are going to offer free coins when you purchase an item they should follow thru....it should be automatic once they know your credit card was approved.....FRUSTRATED
