Gold not rewarded even after receiving the confirmation from the tapjoy team that the same has been awarded

I played the online web game Candy Shaker,wherein i reached the required 300 points and claimed my 300 gold, but i found that there was some delay so I raised the service request and further got a confirmation email after few days from Tapjoy team that the same has been awarded after reviewing you complain. But I checked the game and nothing such happened and when tried reaching the customer service regarding this issue ,no one responding.

Kris Czerwan that your award has been sent.

Please resolve my issue team.

Customer service not responding after sending confirmation email about reward

I played the online web game Candy Shaker,wherein i reached the required 300 points and claimed my 300 gold, but i found that there was some delay so I raised the service request and further got a confirmation email after few days from Tapjoy team that the same has been awarded after reviewing you complain.
