Diamonds not received after making 2 separate qualifying purchases
I've made 2 qualifying Gillette purchases in exchange for 48549 diamonds for each purchase, totalling 97098 diamonds.
First purchase was made 09/09/17. Second purchase was made 09/25/17. I have received both items but no diamonds. I've emailed, sent support requests, tickets and even rated them on Google play store with hopes of resolution, to no avail. Only thing I get is automated response.
I'm very disappointed and I feel scammed! This is very unprofessional for a business!
