Refuse to give coins
I've been playing a game called kill shot for the past 4 years never had a problem getting coins from Tapjoy until just recently this company is a freaking joke. I complete everything as required when it comes to taking surveys downloading games and running them all four coins so I can play this game and I get an email when I submit to get coins stating. It has come to our attention that you have submitted a concerning amount of tickets. That's because they are not so filling their end of the bargain after the surveys and other things were finalized. As it is right now they owe me over 400 in gold coin yet they're refusing to pay. Funny they get paid for us taking these surveys downloading these games and then we get bombarded with Spam afterwards.

never receive rewards
I have at least 4 different case IDs which total over 11k in Diamonds for the game Design Home. This does not even include the several cases they denied me because they were so late in responding. Right now they keep sending an email that reads "actually you have already been awarded" when ACTUALLY, I have not. They have even marked it awarded on the reward wall, or marked it resolved, but there are no inbox messages in the Design Home game that contains diamonds - which is what ACTUALLY happens when they award diamonds...this has happed less than 50%.
The amount of frustration may not actually be worth the diamonds. I may never be able to afford the fancy artwork or beautiful floor plants to obtain the 4 and 5* rankings of my peers. Tapjoy, you are breaking my heart!

Scammers liars thieves
Someone should take legal action against this company if all of the other complaints around the web are true. I thought I was having problems with my account alone but it is clearly quite common.
They lure you into buying things or downloading apps with promises of "currency" in various online/mobile games. You never get the currency. I'm guessing it works for some people but there must be enough of a problem in the system that it is actionable. I have tried all sorts of things to correct my missing credits and I get emails from the company that are either generic or claiming credits were awarded. It is ridiculous. It is a class action waiting to happen.
Breech of contract, I completed the task!!

No rewards given
I completed Design Home offer twice. I completed the offer a second time because I thought I did something wrong the first time. In any case I wasn't rewarded either time and sent in a support ticket. It's been nearly 5 days and I haven't heard a thing from tapjoy. They owe me 10,880 coins for completing the offer twice. These guys are a complete joke and disgrace for how they handle themselves and ignore theyre consumers. This isn't the first time they have robbed me and now I feel like a damn fool for continuing to try and hope they cooperate. Stay away from these no good cheats if you know whats good for you.

Tapjoy had an offer for a free in-game item. They ended up charging me cash, which was 3 times the value of the supposedly free item if it had been purchased in game. I have tried to file a complaint with them, but there is no way to contact them. I've tried numerous times over several days.
They take complaints only via e-mail verification. You simply enter your email, hit the submit verification button, and and then check your email inbox to verify your email. However, there email never shows up not in my inbox, not in spam, not at all.
Since the function to send a verification email, is a computer generated function, it should have taken only a matter of minutes. A very clever way not to have to deal with a complaint. Is not to be able to verify your email so that you can enter the complaint. There was no other way to do this, I have researched it obsessively.

Coins not rewarded
I completed an offer in the BUNT app to download and make a purchase using Ebates and I was to receive 1,200,000 coins. I followed all the steps, made the purchase and was never awarded the coins. This is the fifth offer in a row I have been screwed out of. I was finally awarded the coins on the first four.

Tapjoy....(covet fashions)
I have completed numerous actions as described in instructions in order to earn diamonds to play Covet fashions. I have screenshots of all completed. I was paid quickly on the first 3. After that, nothing.
The main one was to purchase Gillette razor with accurate email and address. I did all of this and I received the razors SAturday. Again I have screenshots. I am owed nearly 20,000 diamonds on this one.
I cannot submit a claim because the tapjoy app says to come back later and more time is wasted. This has been unavailable for 2 weeks now.
Any email addresses I had or was given to tapjoy support no longer exists other than to tell you to go to app. Which does not work, or that it's the wrong department. I am ready to post any and all my complaints to my 4.000 friends on Facebook and on other social sites. If I contact enough people maybe I will get an email address that works. Date is 9/13/2017. I have the same problem. The app will not open, you just see the tapjoy logo on a red screen and then it closes. I call the number they have listed. All extentions lead no where other than being disconnect from the call, from them.

Tapjoy's Service Very Poor
I play a game which has a feature that allows a player to complete offers to earn diamonds. Tapjoy is the operating company for these offers. For months, I have experienced difficulty and substandard customer service with Tapjoy regarding completing offers. It begins with Tapjoy not crediting the diamonds to my account after I complete the offers. I then have to complete the missing diamonds form. Tapjoy then sends me a robo e-mail wanting more information from me regarding the offer I completed. Sometimes, I have been credited with the wrong amount of diamonds. Although I have notified them when this occurs, they never corrected the errors. The main issue I encounter with Tapjoy is the communications are all robo-mail and forms. What Tapjoy lacks is live persons addressing certain issues. Not all issues can be resolved by roboresponses, a concept Tapjoy seems to be oblivious to. Considering my personal experience, the complaints I read on the internet, and the complaints filed with the BBB, I believe Tapjoy needs to take a realistic view of their operations, and make the necessary modifications to eliminate the unnecessary ongoing issues.

Tapjoy is unprofessional and does not honor offers
Tapjoy does not honor rewards as advertised. I followed a Tapjoy advertisement as described, mobile strike to be exact. I got to level 10 like instructed and Tapjoy has yet to reimburse me on the gold owed. I have emailed them every day since Sunday January 22nd and I have yet to get a response. I've made complaint through email, I've even posted a formal complaint on their Twitter, and I tried to call customer service but joyed refuses to even accept phone calls. Tapjoy is Shady and at this point a class action lawsuit should be initiated unfortunately based on terms of agreement Tapjoy can do unethical things. Avoid Tapjoy and punish any developer that uses them. Case 05878099.

UNETHICAL COMPANY!
SUCH A SCAM! TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. TAPJOY STEALING AD REVENUE WITHOUT AWARDING THE PEOPLE THEIR COINS OWED! I have over 10, 000 missing coins / unpaid rewards from Tapjoy. I have not received a response from the support team for over two months even after following up several times, contacting directly via their website and finally complaining to the app I used Tapjoy through and no one would help. I spent hours completing these offers that I was never awarded coins for. I will never deal with Tapjoy again and urge any business who would like to maintain a good reputation to stay FAR AWAY from Tapjoy and their services.

Advertising using Tapjoy
All other services I have used promptly got my advertising campaign approved in no more than 1 day. I have has good success in promoting my game. I wanted to use TAPJOY as well, but they don't seem to care. I have integrated everything as needed and submitted an advertising campaign. It has been 1 week and it is still pending. This has been a very bad experience with this company. I hope this can get resolved.

Tapjoy Scam
I had downloaded a couple of the tapjoy games and completed many offers of which I truly was interested in. Never received any credit. I filed missing swords or such with offers and sent emails and screenshots and they still needed and wanted more information. They got extremely hateful when I had already erased the games from my phone days before I got a response and told them to do the leg work. I got a hateful rude message from James B. Stating I was blocked from any and all accounts with tapjoy Which did not hurt my feelings in the least as I had complained that I was being inadated with spam and was not happy with what they had done. Either selling off my email or partnering without my permission. That I would no longer do their leg work for them. It was beyond rude and disrespectful. Customers are not their priority in the least cheating people out of those that truly complete these offers and expect what they should get. Someone should shut this down. They can go with a daily achievement or reward system other than their spam tactics. It will now take months before my email account is spam free from them. Beware. Don't download anything from tiki games and or tapjoy.

TAPJOY SUPPORTED OFFER SCAMMED ME
Hi,
I've been trying to complain to Tapjoy and figured this place is as good as any, as I haven't received a response. I did a Tapjoy offer through SurfSafeVPN where they offered 7 day free trial. I cancelled on day 2 but they still charged my credit card for a full year of service. Now it's been months since I complained and I've found out this has happened to MANY other people as this company is NOTHING BUT A SCAM. They show that I cancelled and that I was charged but refuse to refund my money, call me back, or respond to my multitude of email complaints (over 100 at this point). TAPJOY NEEDS TO STOP SUPPORTING THEM IMMEDIATELY SO OTHERS ARE NOT SCAMMED. And it certainly wouldn't hurt to give me my $69.95 back. I've stopped using Tapjoy ever since this came about and have been trying to reach Tapjoy about this, but conveniently their ap on my phone doesn't load the "Help" option. Could be my phone... could be their poor customer service. Very dissatisfied.

I bought the ProActiv products and was promised 64 pearls for the Aqua Pets game. I never received them. I have emailed and emailed the company. I sent the the info they needed. They continue to send me the same email saying please provide the information below. I have sent it 6 times. Now they will not email me back.
MY ADVICE TO ALL IS NOT TO PLAY TAPJOY GAMES!!!!!!! THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CONSUMERS.
