Money fraudulently taken from my account

Tara Psychic fraudulently took money from my Credit card after saying she would give me a free reading .Tara stated that no money would be exchanged but when I was unhappy with the free reading took money and has not returned it despite my asking for the return of the money fraudulently taken.
