Bought a 1994 Bubble van sold as As is working van. Me and my wife saw it loved it but at the time of turning in on it didn't and was told by sales man and management owners that its a working van and they had just repainted, air conditioning was working and had just installed a new transmition. At all this happening they gave me and my wife there word that everything is in condition to run and air condition working properly but it was sold As is because of the year. The van was sold in $9, 200.00 plus some. Till this day it has not been taken out of the dealer because it didn't turned on. They managed to turn on but then the odometer was not working. At that moment it had past a 2 weeks after signing now it has been almost a month and done already 3 payments and at any moment the vehicle has left the dealer because of one thing or another. At this point I'm wondering if there's something wrong happening and that they are avoiding taking responsibility. What should be done legally speaking to be able to be reimbursed or taken care off with any type of warranty of vehicle garanteed of any damages to be fix accordingly.
