I got call from TCS to walk for interview, I attended interview in TCS office, Think Campus, E city Bangalore on 06/07/2016 for vacancies in private equity. I cleared almost all the rounds, it took me around 8+ hours to clear the rounds finally the results was we are looking for more experienced people like 4+ years. They have not even selected 1 person out of 100+ interviewed people. Selecting right candidate is your right and at same time screening right resumes to take interview is your duty, so the other will not waste time at your premises. We are looking for career not time pass at your office premises. So please call for interviews only when there is requirement and people who meet requirements not all resumes in Naukri.com. If same thing continues next 1 to 2 years people will start thinking before attending interview at TCS even there is real requirement.
