Hi,
For the past few weeks, I have made numerous complaints regarding the network quality of the mobile Internet at Paithan, Aurangabad. There is hardly any signal to connect to the internet which always results in near zero connectivity. As a result, I have not been able to connect to the Internet for the past few weeks, which is causing many issues. Every time, I raise a complaint, the customer service desk advises me of a time frame of 48 hours with a guarantee that the issue will be resolved. Unfortunately, that is the end of it and there is no further communication - till I complain again. From a customer service point of view, the service can be classes as utter rubbish as no one in the team seems to care about the users being able to connect to the internet (which I think is the main job of the company).

Could you please look in to this as a matter of urgency as I am not happy to pay for a service and not able to use it at all.

Dear Team,

Here I would like to update that My tata docomo number ( 07275446377 ) which I am having since 2010,is suddenly stopped working from feb'2015.
I came to know this thing when I returned back from overseas in March 2015 after my 1 month stay in Riyadh.(I went to riaydh for 1 month that is Feb'2015)
My this number is registered every where like my bank account & my credit card & shared with my business partners.
I am having Export business for which I generally travel out of india for 2-3 months.

I checked with docomo customer care and found that my number has given to someone else.
but it is quite surprising for me as I was using this number - 07275446377 till Jan last week of 2015.
It was having prepaid balance as well.

I would like to request you to consider below complaint on priority and check the same at your end.

This incident shows carelessness of docomo service w.r.t. customer handling ( I was having docomo service since 2010 that is around 5 years) .

Assigning my working number(it was in use by me) to someone is quite surprising.So I would like to reuest you to look into this matter at the earliest and help me in getting my number back.
