since last month all the hd channels are not working...please do something...I am writing a complaint letter for the third time please do give us some respond...😯

Since one week, there is no signal and none of the channels are active. Messages also cannot be viewed. Have already lodged a complaint (no. HGWFI4A) but nothing seems to have been resolved.
have contacted customer care no., many times but have not been able to resolve the issue.

I am existing Tatasky Dth cable TV customer having id no.1000491165. Inspite of repeated complaints on cell no.8899888998 a SMS was sent by company that their technicians will visit to attend complaint. This happened number of times but nobody visited for almost last 7 days.They inform on other live channels that they are upgrading & inform to contact on above said number but nobody turned up.
