They do not answer the phone

I made big mistake to order from this online scammers.I want to return my item and they are not answering back.I send them 3emails, mags call they are
not replying .Also they stated inside the return card do not return item without contacting first our customer service.I never ever make a this mistake again. I ORDER FROM OTHER USA ONLINE COMPANIES AND NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEM.
