I ordered my dress in January for my mother for my brother's wedding. It arrived in February, and I noticed there were many defects on the dress. There were runs in the dress, the hems were sewn poorly and in some cases, not at all, the inside of the dress were not symmetrical, and the folds on the dress were not sewn onto the dress resulting in a drooping look to the dress. This was a custom made dress therefore; I was expecting a quality product for the price I paid. However this was not the case. I submitted a disputed order indicating the defects on the dress as well as pictures to show the defects on the dress at their website the same week I received the dress. A week went by and I did not receive any reply from them. I emailed them asking why I had not yet received any response regarding my disputed order. They then responded a week later claiming that they had not received any disputed order and to resubmit one. I again resubmitted my disputed order with pictures of the defects and this time took images showing that they confirmed my submission went through. Another week went by and I did not receive any response from them. I sent in another email wondering why I have not yet received a response and why my account did not show any disputes in progress. This time I sent the pictures showing that they confirmed my submission. Another week goes by and I do not receive any response whatsoever from TBdress. This time I use my outside email attaching the images showing that my submissions and emails I sent for the past couple weeks and had not received any response regarding them. I let them know that I would file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau if I did not receive a response in the next two weeks. I finally received a response from a customer service representative a few days later. They do not address the fact that I have evidence showing that my disputed order submission went through their database but request I again submit pictures and the details of the defects. At this point, over a month has passed since I received the dress. I resubmit my complaint. A week later, the customer rep writes back. She claims that she compared the picture of my dress to the pictures found on their website. For your reference there are only two pictures on their website, one of the full front and back. She did not even actually compare my pictures with an actual dress before making the claims regarding the dress. She claimed that because no one can see the hems and the asymmetrical dress so it was ok as it was. She claimed that the runs in the dress were wrinkles and that was how the dress was supposed to be. Of course there were wrinkles on the dress but anyone can tell a run from a wrinkle. Either she couldn't tell a wrinkle from a run or she was blatantly lying. She completely ignored that fact that the dress wasn't complete because parts of the dress weren't even sewn. She wanted me to accept a substandard dress as a quality custom made dress.

Do not order from here. The dress itself was a problem but what fired my ire was their lack of response until I claimed my intentions to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They refused to find a way to rectify this issue and wanted me to accept the substandard product as a quality product. Beware of TBdress!
