one of my parcel came from NADRA to my city Gujrat, but Gujrat TCS team have returned that with the objection uncomplete address. first let me know are you believe that NADRA address can be wrong. and the second thing why they were not call me WhatsApp me or email because email was mentioned on that.

I was call to TCS costumer serves and Miss Maria told me it will deliver to your home with in 7 days because this is cam from NADRA. but the next day I get the information from Gujrat office when I send my brother to office they said we have sent back to nadra Islamabad.

what is this bullshit company and serves. I need to complain against of Gujrat office manger Mr Abdurrahman for his this mistake and i am facing many issues.
