Bad Service

my last complain stays for over 8 months............
and now it's the same bad disconnecting service every 2 mins..
fix the damn problem please
i'm sure it's not from my home connection, the same problem as before
and you will ask to send a technician at my home again
i did that 6 times in the last problem, and the problem wasn't in my house
so please don't ask that
fix the damn board or change my line socket
I can'y even sent you this complain due to the interrupted service
