Very poor internet service

I have a problem online every month and every day connected to the service of the client did not solve the problem so far and did not communicate with me any technician and every day tell me technical will communicate with you within 24 hours, but there was never any contact during that period. There is no respect for the customer and all that is said is just a lie.
