It has been a whole month with a terrible internet with a maximum 1mb speed while I am subscribed on a 16mb speed. I tried several times to contact the company customer service with no solution to my issue and their answers was always that they can see the internet speed readings from their side are alright with full speed but actually it's not what I receive from my side.
